Business of Convention
LWVK bylaws Article VII defines the composition and business of the convention. Our bylaws direct us to conduct the following:
- Elect officers, directors, and three members of the nominating committee for the 2017-2019 biennium
- Adopt a budget for the 2017-2018 fiscal year
- Approve 2015-2017 proposed position
- Adopt program for 2017-2019
- Adopt amendments to the bylaws as needed
